Basil and cordycep autolyse

I was trying to get some aromatics in the dough. They didn't come through in the final loaf but I like the idea a lot! I also did two batches to understand the effects of having a bowl of water in the oven. Crust and crumb were unaffected but the batch with a water bowl did have a touch more oven spring.

Dried cordyceps
Basil leaves
1Hour autolyse with water and the white flour, add aromatics
Combine remaining flour and salt
1hour lazy baker knead
1hour prove
Dust with wholemeal and slash
15minutes in an oven at 250°C
